Panther Prizes Terms and Conditions

Qualifying Participants
1. Panther Prizes trading as Pantherprizes.com operate skill-based games and competitions resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with the following terms and conditions on the website pantherprizes.com
2. The competitions are exclusively open to all persons aged 18 and over, including Pantherprizes.com employees.
3. Panther Prizes reserves the rights to close any account at any time, if they believe the account in question is abusing the services, other customers, or staff.
4. Panther Prizes reserves the rights to close any account at any time, if they believe the account in question is not genuinely the customer that is entering.
5. All accounts must be located within the United Kingdom to sign up and enter.
Data Protection
1. All personal data provided by the entrant to pantherprizes.com, and data authorised to be obtained from a third party, for example a credit card company, will be used by pantherprizes.com to administer the competition and fulfil prizes where applicable.
2. In order to process and record the entrant’s personal data, pantherprizes.com may disclose it to (a) any credit card company whose name is given by the entrant; (b) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of pantherprizes.com in any country; (c) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.
3. Personal data, for example email addresses and telephone numbers, provided by the entrant to pantherprizes.com may be used for marketing purposes.
Legal
1. By entering a competition, the entrant (‘Entrant’, ‘You’, ‘Your’, ‘Yours’, ‘They’, ’Their’) will be deemed to have legal capacity to do so, the entrant will have read and understood these terms and conditions and they will be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.
2. All competitions are governed by English Law and all matters in relation to the competitions will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
3. In the event that an entrant participates in a competition online via the website, and by accepting these terms and conditions, the entrant confirms that they are not breaching any laws in their country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competitions. Pantherprizes.com will not be held responsible of any entrant entering any of our competitions unlawfully. If the entrant is in any doubt, they should immediately leave the website and check with their relevant authorities from their country of residence.
Promotions
1. Every competition will run for a specified period. See each competition for the details of the start and end times and dates (‘Promotion Period(s)’).
2. Once a prize draw has been called and confirmed on the prize listing page, we will draw the prize on the specified date regardless of ticket sales. Once a guaranteed draw date is set, we will not extend a competition.
Competitions
1. Competitions may be entered via the website. Pantherprizes.com may run multiple competitions and may be operated at the same time and each competition will have a specific prize.
2. Availability and pricing of competitions is at the discretion of Pantherprizes.com and will be specified at the point of sale on the website.
3. Your Pantherprizes.com Account(s) In order to enter a competition, the entrant will need to register an account with us online. When registering an account online, the entrant will be asked to provide an email address.
4. When playing a competition online via the website, Pantherprizes.com, follow the on-screen instructions to: (a) The entrant must select the competition they wish to enter and then answer the skill-based competition. (b) after taking part in the competition, the entrant must select their purchase option and press Enter Now. (c) When the entrant is ready to purchase their ticket(s), they must provide their contact details and their payment details. The entrant will need to check their details carefully and tick the declaration, confirming they have read and understood the competition terms and conditions; (b) once the entrant has purchased their ticket(s), we will contact them by email to confirm their entry into the competition once their payment has cleared.
5. Pantherprizes.com reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete entries if it has reasonable grounds for believing that the entrant in question has contravened any of these terms and conditions.
6. To the extend permitted by applicable law, all entries become our property and will not be returned.
7. The entrant can enter the competitions a maximum number of times as stated on the individua prize page. The limit is per person. Maximum tickets purchased per person are displayed on each individual prize page. The maximum numbers of tickets vary per competition based on the number of tickets available and the price of the tickets. Any person found to be over the maximum tickets allowed in the draw will have the excess ticket numbers removed and refunded.
8. The competition closes when the last ticket is taken, no more entries after this point will be accepted. We will also close a competition early if it does not sell out by the guaranteed draw date – ticket sales will close, and we will draw the prize regardless of how many tickets are sold on the guaranteed draw date.
9. It is recommended that all entrants must create an account prior to entering. However, all entrants must supply an email address and contact telephone number to proceed in the competition.
Competition Decisions and Judgement
1. 100% random SQL random number generator will determine the winner of each competition. Some big draws will be live streamed on Facebook. Instant win draws are drawn automatically.
2. In the event of the SQL random number generator not being available, the online Google Random Number Generator will be used.
3. Due to the nature of the winning judgement, there will only be one 1^st prize winner per competition, unless stated otherwise. Some competitions may have multiple winners. Some competitions may have runner up prizes.
4. Panther Prizes will attempt to contact the winner(s) via the telephone number and email address provided at the time of the entry (or as subsequently updated) and held securely in our database. It is the entrant’s sole responsibility to check and update their telephone number and email address. If for any reason they are taken down incorrectly, pantherprizes.com will not be held responsible. Entrants must carefully check their contact details have been recorded correctly.
5. Once a winner is drawn, they will own the prize stated in the competition and we will make every effort to contact them until the prize has been delivered. Under no circumstance will the prize be forfeited.
6. In the event that pantherprizes.com closes a competition early, the winner will be selected from all valid and eligible entries received by pantherprizes.com prior to the date of closure.
7. All entrants are automatically entered into the pantherprizes.com database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their competition, and/or any future promotions or competitions offered by pantherprizes.com
8. All prizes will be drawn regardless of ticket sales on the guaranteed draw date as stated on the website. Cash alternatives are only offered if the prize cannot be sourced on this rare occasion. Draws are not extended past the guaranteed draw date.
Details we keep on Winners
1. All winners will be required to provide photographs and/or pose for photographs and videos, which may be used in future marketing and public relations by pantherprizes.com in connection with the competition and in identifying them as a winner of the competition stated. If the winner is adamant to not have a photo taken, this decision will be respected.
2. Following receipt and verification of the details requested above by pantherprizes.com, the winners will be contacted in order to make arrangements for the delivery of their prize.
Our Skill Based Competition Prizes
1. Prizes are selected by the pantherprizes.com team and are owned by pantherprizes.com from the date of the competition going live on the website to the date that the winner receives their prize. Details of each prize can be found on the website on the competition’s pages.
2. Panther Prizes takes no responsibility for the prize awarded after delivery, once the winner receives the prize pantherprizes.com does not insure the prize. No insurance or warranty comes with the prizes and pantherprizes.com cannot be held responsible for the prize once handed over to the winner.
3. Delivery of the prizes to the winner is free. Pantherprizes.com reserves the right to charge the winner delivery fees if they wish to have the prize delivered anywhere other than the address stated when entering the competition.
4. All entrant expenses are the sole responsibility of the winners.
5. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, manufacturer, or supplier.
6. Each prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to other substitutes.

  Acceptance of the prize by the winner means they are required to have their photo and video taken by pantherprizes.com for promotional purposes, Public Relations and Marketing, both after their win and in the future for use in accordance with rule 7.1
2. By entering a competition, the entrant agrees to the use of their name and photograph or video to be used for marketing purposes as required by pantherprizes.com if they are declared the winner of a competition.
